GLP-1 supply tracker
Enter what you have on hand and when your next dose is. This planner does the math for you — estimating your last dose, when you'd run out, and when to reorder so a refill can arrive in time. It's not a live shortage map; it only works with the numbers you type in.
Enter your doses on hand, doses per week, and next dose date to plan your refill.
Your entries stay in your browser — nothing is saved or sent.
How this tracker works
This is a simple, private planner. You tell it how many doses you have left, how often you take them, the date of your next dose, and how far ahead you like to reorder. It then does the arithmetic: it counts forward from your next dose to estimate your last dose, the day you'd run out, and a refill-by date that builds in your lead time.
It does not check pharmacy inventory, national supply, or any live data — it cannot, because it only sees the numbers you enter. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere; the math runs entirely in your browser. Treat the results as a rough planning aid, not a guarantee, and always defer to the schedule your provider and pharmacy give you.
Why order refills early
Refills can take time to process, get approved, and ship, and that timeline can vary. Reordering while you still have a cushion of doses helps you avoid an unplanned gap between injections.
The refill-by date here simply subtracts your chosen lead time from your estimated run-out date. If you're not sure how many days to allow, a common approach is to give yourself at least a week or two. When in doubt, reorder sooner rather than later and check with your pharmacy about current turnaround.
GLP-1 dosing basics
Most GLP-1 medications are taken once weekly, which is why this tool defaults to one dose per week. Your own schedule may differ, so enter what your provider prescribed.
Doses often change over time as you titrate — many people start low and step up gradually. When your dose or the amount per injection changes, your old counts may no longer be accurate, so recount your doses on hand and update this planner. This tool tracks the number of doses you enter; it does not know your milligram strength or how a pen or vial is divided.

Frequently asked questions
How does this supply tracker work?
It does simple arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Starting from your next dose date, it counts forward by your dosing interval to estimate your last dose and run-out date, then subtracts your lead time to suggest a refill-by date. Everything is calculated in your browser and nothing is stored.
Does this show live shortages or pharmacy stock?
No. This planner has no access to pharmacy inventory, manufacturer supply, or shortage data, and it does not report shortages. It only reflects the doses and dates you type in. For real-time availability, contact your pharmacy or care team.
How many doses are in a pen or vial?
That varies by medication, formulation, and the dose you're prescribed, so we can't tell you a fixed number. Check the label, packaging, or ask your provider or pharmacy how many doses your specific pen or vial contains, then enter that count here.
When should I reorder?
A good rule of thumb is to reorder while you still have a buffer of doses left, before your estimated run-out date. This tool's refill-by date builds in the lead time you choose. If the date has already passed or is close, it may be time to reorder now — and your pharmacy can confirm current turnaround.
How does FitRx handle refills?
For FitRx patients, prescribed medication ships free from an FDA-regulated U.S. pharmacy, and you can manage refills and message your care team in the app. A licensed provider reviews your plan, and any refill is subject to their clinical judgment.
